Allow clients to submit tutorials in the knowledge base.

Under Consideration

Some customers might be interrest into helping to build a better knowledgebase.

I suggest to let them do it :) they should be able to suggest an article, and submit it for review, if they found a great way to do something :)

Just get them to submit a ticket - I'd never allow a client to add things to a company KB !

If you mean a comment box on the end, you can just a Disqus or similar. (that is actually a bad idea) because I see other companies that did that, users actually request help in that articles thinking its support but if you want that, just add any type of form on which users can submit a suggestion.

Now if you are talking about doing this automatically or with some sort of moderation. That is basically a WIKI !!! That is what you want if you want people to suggest and edit articles. The KB in WHMCS is not a Wiki and it would be a very bad idea to let people submit their articles, even from a security stand of point where they can submit a redirection to a malware or another site.
