Administrator Role email override and additional email selection granularity
It would be very useful to be able to override the Role-level settings at the Administrator User level. For example, if an Administrator Role includes "System Emails", it would be nice to be able to "disable" this for a user who is in this role, but only for that one user. This is useful for "system" accounts that are used by modules that require Full Administrator rights, but still have a login and do not necessarily have a valid email address. Alternatively (or in addition to), not requiring an email address for an administrator would be nice, or maybe a flag that indicates this is a system account which does not have an email address.
Related - providing more granularity for the email types for Administrator Roles, instead of the 3 available today (System Emails, Account Emails, and Support Emails), would be very useful.
