Admin change ticket replying user
I think it would be a useful feature for super admins to be able to change their Reply as when replying to a ticket. For instance, a dropdown while a Super admin is replying to a ticket with a list of other users lower than himself. If he selects one then the reply comes from that user instead of his user.
This would be useful for super admin accounts instead of replying from that super account. This of course could be a checkbox under Administrator Roles so those who do not want this feature can disable it for all users not just lower levels.
