Add to the ticket log more details regarding the custom fields

Hi,

Please add to the ticket log more details regarding the custom fields.

Now there is only that a custom field values modified by an admin - But there is no way to know if it's a new entry or is it a change (and if so from what to what) or even if the admin deleted or removed information from the custom field.

We need a way to have all the relevant information in the ticket log so we will know the "history" of each custom field within the ticket.

The ticket log should look like that:
