Ability to contact support when banned from WHMCS login
When a client enters their password incorrectly 3 times in the WHMCS Client
portal, they have their account login abilities removed for a period of time
leaving them unable to submit support requests. They should still be given the
ability on that banned.php page to either get access to submit a support ticket
or send a support ticker directly from the banned.php page. Otherwise they are
left without any way of contacting their provider for support unless they
remember the email address.
