Remove "Operator" label from the list of open tickets

I'd like to see this new "Operator" part of the list of open tickets gotten rid of.
Just leave the Clients name that links to their profile and that's it. More than sufficient.
Adding this new "Operator" section simply doubles the line-height of all the open tickets and it looks messy.
