Ticket Replies with status

Under Consideration

It would be nice to have ticket status/log (change in department, status, priority, etc.) mentioned with every reply made by admin and staff, it will make reading the tickets much more easier. Currently the same log gets saved but having it next to ticket replies will make it more meaningful (and also keep it under the log the way it is right now)
