10 Most Recently Blocked Emails Widget
There have now been multiple occasions where a spam control rule (like a blocked phrase) has blocked import of a message that has lost us business.
Currently the only way to prevent this from being a problem is to regularly check under Utilities > Logs > Ticket Mail Import Log however this can be forgotten, or skipped accidentally -- things can be missed.
My suggestion is to include a section at the bottom of the support tickets page (admin/supporttickets.php) that shows the most recent 10 blocked imports so they're regularly visible. This will make it easier for support staff to detect problems and manually import any such problematic messages.
