Show name of Contact instead of main account user in tickets awaiting reply list

Under Consideration

As a contact is an addition to the main account, all tickets are associated with the main contact however, when viewing the ticket directly, the contact who opened the ticket is shown under "Client" in brackets:


However as you may be able to understand, showing the contact name, rather than the main contact name on the main tickets awaiting reply list could also be useful and less confusing.
