As a domain provider I would like only the "Owner-C" and "Admin-C" to be the customer and the "Tech-C" and "Zone-C" should be our company (Provider).

+1 for this. So far we have to build a workaround for it into the registrar modules, but some registrars offers only encrypted modules.
