Staff position displayed to client when viewing support ticketing system.

Under Consideration

This would be defined by users with the permission to edit Administrator accounts, and would be set as an option titled "Position".

In the support ticketing system, clients would see the name of the staff member, and then in smaller characters and brackets to the right their position. For example:

John Doe (Support Representative)
