see the last response in ticket preview

Hello: when you see the ticket preview ( 5.22 ) you see first ticket post, and not the last...and have to go inside the ticket to see the last response....if you can see the last response could be great.

You are right,

It is strange that the preview is not set to show the last reply...

Hope it will be fixed.

Hi,

I opened a new ticket to WHMCS support regarding this issue - and got the same response:

"Hello,I am afraid that this is not currently a feature of our software. However we welcome suggestions for new features on our feature request system"

So before I opened a new feature request I searched the feature request system and found this one.

As you can see 2 years ago I added my support to it (just didn't remember) .

any way - now when I hover on a ticket I see a preview of the first mail to or from the customer (see Capture1.PNG).we need a way to show the last reply / mail to or from the customer instead of the first.As you can see in Capture2.PNG the latest main is from us to the customer with a please call us message - and this is what we want to see in the preview.In general we want to see the most updated information without the need to open the ticket.Thanks!Ram

It would be great if developers can add this feature, so it would be much easier to preview the ticket

This is strange logic to display only the first message out of all ticket with many answers.

I hope this logic whill be changed.
