Security Question Answer Case Insensitivity
Please either disable the case sensitivity of the security question answer, or make it an option to have it case sensitive. The security question and answer is not a password and should not be treated as such. It is an additional verification step that should not be an inconvenience.
I get tons of support tickets from customers that entered SMITH for their mother's maiden name but are trying to request a password reset and are entering Smith as the maiden name to verify their account. WHMCS fails this attempt and the customer gets upset. Smith, smith and SMITH should all validate when verifying the answer to a security question.
