DNS manager improvements
The DNS manager seems to cause some confusion, since if you enable this feature, it is then always enabled regardless of what DNS servers are set.
So when the client is using external DNS servers and not the ENOM DNS servers, any records showing WHMCS just cause confusion, as they are not actually in use, and clients can easily end up editing in the wrong place.
There is also no way to delete the existing records or add new ones, only edit the existing, and you cannot set them to blank either. This needs fixing.Really the DNS manager should be optional based on the name servers which are used, being as it only works if you a re using your domain registrar for DNS.
So it should detect which name servers are in use (default or external for example), and enable the dns manager accordingly.
