disable built in ticket module
Many customers, including us, use an external ticketing system, such as Kayako Fusion.
This is very problematic with WHMCS as there is currently no way to disable its own built in ticket system, which causes confusion for customers as they see links to view/open tickets in the client area, and if they use this, they will never be seen or replied to.
The only way round this currently is to edit the templates and remove the code/links, but as with any template hack, this gets overridden whenever WHMCS is updated, and all the changes have to be done again.
We really need a way to completely disable the internal tickets module if we do not use it, and preferably have the ability to instead link out to external helpdesk.
