Allow the admin to see when a customer sees/opens an email sent from the admin area
It would be very helpful for support, sales and billings team to see when a customer opens an email. Maybe show a small notification next to the email record in the customer profile. This can be very helpful for the fallowing reasons.
1. It lets admin know that the customer received the email and it did not go to spam.
2. It can be very helpful when conflicts arrives to show that the customer saw the notice.
3. Sales & Billings team can use it to make sure a customer saw a quote or invoice.
