Allow pro rata to be calculated (if set) on a free product to a paid product on upgrade.

simply use the same date like for a normal order of the target product.

Free products do not have a Next Due Date on which the pro-rata calculation is based for recurring products, so I'd be interested to receive suggestions upon what date the calculation would be based?
