Adding SEPA to Payment Methods

Hello,
When a client accesses your "Payment Methods" menu, it allows them to add a new credit/debit card for their payments.
Can it also be activated so that you can add a bank account? Currently, if you purchase a new product, it does allow you to add SEPA as a payment method, but it does not allow you to add it in "Payment Methods".
