add balance value to invoice list

Invoice lists shows the total due value for each invoice (plus total for all at the top).
Some invoices are partially paid (with credit, bank transfers, mail in payments and other methods too).
For those invoice their "real" Unpaid value (Balance) is different from the Total displayed on the list and summed up on top.
Having a separate value for Balance if it's different then the Total would be useful.
