Add a check to the To-Do list and the Project Tasks to see if the admin is available

Hi,

I asked in another feature request to add an option to set the specific time each task / to do list should start and end ( please see and vote here)

Now I'm adding another related request: Add a check to the To-Do list and the Project Tasks to see if the admin is available in that time and date to preform that task.

So when we add a To-Do list or a Project Tasks and scheduled a date and time for it to start and end - and select the relevant admin we want to do the task - the system should check if he is free in the specific time and date we set the task to.

If the admin have another tasks at the same date (but not at the relevant time) - there should be an alert to the task giver "please note that this admin have another task at the same date - task number 313124 starting at 10:00 till 12:00" or something like that.

Please note that I'm talking about the "To-Do List" and about he tasks in the project management addon.
