For Indian User you have to add increase Tax Level rule from 2 to 3.

    New rules Tax in India need to add Level 3 in Tax Rules
    Hello,I herewith want to inform you that Service tax rate increased from 14.5% to 15% (increase by way of levying Krishi Kalyan Cess at 0.5% ). The Said change will be effective from 1st June, 2016.Service Tax Basic Rate 14%Swachh Bharat Cess – 0.5 % w.e.f. from 15/11/2015Krishi Kalyan Cess 0.5% w.e.f from 01/06/2016Total Service Tax Rate 15%For this reason we need functionality to add level 3 in tax rules.

yes its very serious issue on generating invoice. after GST implementation in india

we required 3 level of rule
SGST : 9%
CGST : 9%
IGST : 18%

But I think all these are Level 1 Tax, because these are not tax on tax.
We need to charge 15% on whole but should show split up as above to customer as per government norms.

Yeah. I also agreed. We are also facing same issue.

In India it is mandatory to split tax in three parts so atleast 3 level of taxes is required for billing.

Service Tax - 14%
Swachh Bharat Cess - 0.5%
Krishi Kalyan Cess - 0.5%

same problem here. In India as of now atleast 3 levels of tax is required.

Currently there is an option to add multiple taxes on any level but they are not used in calculations. only 1 of each level tax are used for all calculations.

Current Service Tax rate in India is 15% and the split up is as below :-

Service Tax - 14%
Swachh Bharat Cess - 0.5%
Krishi Kalyan Cess - 0.5%

This is becoming a serious concern as all clients want three tax levels to be shown separately on invoices. WHMCS is creating restrictions of only 2 levels which is becoming a pain now. Please do something.

I also strongly recommend atleast 3 level of taxes. In India its mandatory to bifurcate the service tax in 3 parts

Service Tax - 14%
Swachh Bharat Cess - 0.5%
Krishi Kalyan Cess - 0.5%
