Ability to restrict credit usage on per-product basis

Administrators should be able to restrict the usage of credit on a per-product basis instead of disabling credit usage across the board.
For example:
Option A: $100 (Can use Credit Balance for Purchase)
Option B: $100 (Cannot use Credit Balance for Purchase)
This could be an addition to the product/service settings menu and be as simple as an on/off setting to prevent credits being used on it.
This is mainly an issue due to WHMCS Marketplace reseller items.
